[Gintama] Has Teacher Shoyo Remembered Any of His Students Today?

Opening his eyes at the end of death, Song Yang finds himself standing beneath the sunshine on a clear day.

His memories are blank, his pockets are empty, and he's just short of selling himself to a brothel to get money for food.

Am I really doing this badly?

Song Yang is a little confused, but doesn't find it hard to accept.

Somehow, he feels like things used to be even worse than they are now. Going hungry seems to have been a regular occurrence.

No way. Was it really that bad?

Song Yang decides he'd better stop trying to remember. He has a feeling that if he keeps digging, he'll uncover even more miserable memories.

Still, sometimes he really does want to remember what he's forgotten. For instance...

when people grab his legs and won't let him go anywhere.

"Waaaaahhh!"

"Teacher!!!!"

A silver-haired man with a head full of curls is bawling, his nose running, and he's gripping Song Yang so tightly that Song Yang can't pry him loose. Another man with long hair and a kimono is clutching his other leg. In front of them stands a man in extravagant clothes who looks outrageously chuuni, glaring at Song Yang as if he's a sworn enemy who owes him a billion and suddenly skipped town.

Hmm...

Could I really owe a billion?

Song Yang falls into deep thought.
