Gu Xi had been paying attention to Tao Ling since the second year of high school.
Tao Ling was such a strange person. No matter where Gu Xi hid, she could always find her. She barely spoke, but after Gu Xi was bullied, she would stay and talk with her for ages. She hated fighting, but would get into a fierce fight with anyone who bullied Gu Xi.
It was only later that Gu Xi learned Tao Ling liked her.
Tao Ling took her by the hand and led her out of the darkness, bringing her into the light she had longed for so desperately.
