By a twist of fate, she was taken in and raised by Yamata no Orochi. Lady Muzan, who planned to grow stronger to protect her brother, learned that the worlds were about to merge and decided to bring some underlings back as bodyguards for him. “I'll protect my brother!” Ubuyashiki Muzan declared. “Let's ask the brother himself. Do you have any thoughts on that?” Seimei asked the head of the Ubuyashiki family earnestly. The head of the Ubuyashiki family, whose collection of yokai contracts, paper talismans stuck to his clothes, golden protective charms, and bodyguards kept growing, responded with a warm, indulgent smile. “It's nothing. Muzan is a good child. As long as she's happy, that's all that matters.” Seimei: … Is there something wrong with the Ubuyashiki family or what!? Gender-swapped Muzan, OOC warning. You can treat her as an original character who happens to share the same name. The story firmly sticks to the principle that silly beauties are the most fun, and anyone who can be roped in is fair game. While the author mercilessly puts the Ubuyashiki young lady through the wringer, she also shows no mercy to plenty of innocent bystanders. Jumbled timeline, no romance, only family, friendship, and battle camaraderie. Even as a nonhuman, Muzan is still just a baby :D Theme: Work toward your goals and gradually become a better version of yourself.
