(To keep this from turning into a huge monster of a story, I've decided to unpublish it. Mostly because the plans for the rest of the story aren't working out, so updates will be very slow.)
After swapping identities with the real young master of the Xu family, Xu Xiang inherits his biological parents' dilapidated manor. He plans to waste away there, only to discover...
[You are Earth's sole inheritor. Please carry forward the Classical Poetry Manor System.]
Xu Xiang: "I'm lazy. I don't want to."
[It has been detected that you will develop obesity in two years and die of illness in five. Increase your manor's prosperity and earn the shock points of passersby to gain more days of life.]
Xu Xiang: ?
Xu Xiang only wants to be lazy, not die, so he starts reciting poetry:
"Goose, goose, goose! Neck stretched, singing to the sky!"
An egg appears in the manor. Xu Xiang struggles to hatch it and gets three goslings, which flap about and honk wildly.
"A little bridge, a flowing stream, a people's home!"
With guidance from the Mo family, Xu Xiang renovates the old, rickety bridge until it looks brand-new. A bubbling stream flows without end, winding through the manor.
He collapses to the ground, exhausted.
At noon, Xu Xiang gets hungry. "A platter of delicacies is worth ten thousand coins!"
The Culinary Ancestor appears and teaches Xu Xiang how to cook. Every dish is a recipe lost to ancient Earth, a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate.
Xu Xiang suddenly understands the joy of having a manor System.
The house is run-down? No big deal. "The carved balustrades and jade steps should still be there!"
Daily routine: "The first note changes to the Yu mode; its elegant and tranquil tune feels truly divine."
Xu Xiang plays the qin, and music from an immortal palace drifts in.
When Xu Xiang left the God of War clan, everyone thought he was finished, that he'd gone back to his hometown to pick through junk.
No one expected that the next time they saw him would be on a livestream:
Little Fatty Xu has built an ethereal palace, drinks nectar and jade wine, enjoys exquisite delicacies, and is surrounded by fluttering celestial maidens. Now and then, he snacks on a peach of immortality. He's living even better than an immortal.
Onlookers: ???
Weren't they saying this fake young master was lazy and greedy, and would come crawling back for handouts in less than a year? How is it that in less than a year, even the imperial family wants to visit the manor he's built?
Before you start: This is a silly comedy! You can read it in the bathroom, but don't think too hard while you do!

Why aren't both updated? Are you guys forming a group? I'm really convinced and threw it into the pit. Update and kick me.
Hmm. . . . I thought I had gained weight. I didn't expect it, I died of it
No, this is a trap.
Wow, finally remembered the password?
It's been almost a month, right?
I kind of wonder if something happened to the author. There wasn't even a leave request note, so something really couldn't have happened. . . .
Wow!! It's down. It seems that the shock value is just a switch. You can play decryption now.
Dad, where have you been?
Two years later, I still want to know if the other male protagonist is the real young master.
When I thought it was updated, it was not updated. It has been a month. Author, doesn't your conscience hurt?
