[Western Crossover] Arkham Knight Is Still a Total Badass Today

Jason Todd, formerly the second Robin and now the Arkham Knight, never imagined that his militia would not only learn the most wildly inappropriate skills, but also be so determined to put those skills to use by bringing him people to look after. Militia member A: Knight! Look what I brought back! An American sweetheart chiseled out of the ice: ... Militia member B: Knight! I'm better than him. Look, I brought back armor and weapons! New York's richest man, dragged back as a buy-one-get-one-free bonus: ... Militia member C: Knight! I brought you a wizard. His magic tricks are so cool! The real Sorcerer Supreme, fake street performer: ... Arkham Knight: ... Arkham Knight: I'm not taking them in. Get rid of them. Go away, now. A certain God among men, brought back by the militia and hiding his identity: Thanks for asking. Sneaking a little bird away right under the noses of three father figures and a black bat is a truly terrifying (thrilling) experience. Jason raised an eyebrow and slowly tapped the table with a crooked finger. "What, do you regret it?" "Never." The highest of gods descended slowly, held his treasure in his arms, and gently and solemnly kissed the scars covering his body. "Thank the world for bringing me to your side. Rao above is my witness." Clark spoke each word earnestly. "I will fight for you forever." Pain and madness filled every part of his body. Scars and suffering were the thread that stitched him together. His shattered soul burned in the flames of his fury, consuming him as well. Yet he still had a heart of pure goodness. The unyielding little bird held his head high with pride. How could he be saved? With companionship, with gentleness, with love. Notes: 1. Jason is doted on by everyone. 2. Pairing: Superman. 3. Updates whenever I can. I'm a student. Theme: Companionship, redemption, love.
