Reborn as a Backup, I Got Chased Instead

System: Your mission is to play a disposable character who can't have the person he wants, someone who seems devoted but is really just a lovesick doormat.

Suo Zhao: Got it. I'll do my best!

Later...

The popular star who should have publicly come out with his powerful patron is hugging the young master and begging for a kiss.

The regent who should have been locked in a love-hate relationship with the emperor is hugging the heir and asking to be cuddled.

The CEO who should have chased his assistant in a private jet is lifting his childhood friend high in the air.

System: My performance... performance... formance...

[The seme may be younger and is definitely beautiful. The worlds may not follow the order in the synopsis.]

[Other oddballs will make cameo appearances. Please don't overthink it.]

[The cover is my own drawing. It's Suo Suo's character design. I know it's ugly, so please don't say it out loud.]
