Creeping Grass

Strong-willed young woman X paternal, aloof heartthrob

Tong Yan is unexpectedly adopted by the He family at sixteen.

Everyone thinks she'll end up with He Zhao, who's around her age.

Until one day, an accident leaves He Mingyi in a car crash, too.

For the first time, the He family sees the usually composed young woman looking as miserable as a dog.

She throws herself into He Mingyi's arms in front of everyone.

He Mingyi seems to enjoy it, too.

The He family: "??"

#What does it feel like when the grandson's prospective bride becomes the son's wife?

#What does it feel like when the prospective daughter-in-law becomes the younger brother's wife?

#What a disaster when the woman you had your eye on becomes your little aunt!

Cannon-fodder He Zhao: "...Thanks for asking. I'm numb."
