An ongoing story of mutual salvation, Dream Reaper ------(Blurb below) Pairing with Dazai. The protagonist is his childhood friend, whom he has known for ten years. Liking that mafia executive was something I couldn't help. We met when I was eight, parted when I was thirteen, and met again when I was eighteen. He's engraved into my life. I can't wipe him clean or erase him. He's the bond between life and death that I cannot abandon. He's the family I love most in this life. Suzuki Toru I once met a boy when I was eight. The sky in Hokkaido was blue that day, the sunlight warm, and the boy's smile bright. He held out his hand to me. "If we're friends, let's trade names. I'm Suzuki Toru!" The moment our hands clasped, the compass of fate began to turn. Aji ※ I once thought this world was dim and lightless, until I met my sun. ※ A Che, for you, I'm willing to remain in this world, alive. ※ I pray to the heavens to grant us blessings. ※ My beloved from those youthful days, when we meet again, please don't leave my side. ★ Suzuki Toru × Dazai ★ The protagonist is orderly and kind, a naturally innocent boy with no special abilities or cheat powers, just an ordinary student who studies hard and strives to improve every day. ★ OOC warning: The Dazai in this story does not belong to any world line. New story coming soon: Dream Reaper ★ Mutual salvation, proud and aloof doctor on the receiving end × gentle, devoted-to-his-wife crime boss on the giving end Jiang Tian and Lu Hongze first met at the hospital. As a doctor, Jiang Tian prescribed Lu Hongze medication for insomnia. Before leaving, Lu Hongze gave Jiang Tian a business card and shook his hand in thanks. After Lu Hongze left, Jiang Tian tossed the card into the trash and wiped his hand with a wet wipe. He hated being touched. Even physical contact could cost him his life. Fragile and delicate, like a cloud of smoke that would scatter at a touch. A doctor cannot heal himself. He had saved many people from psychological distress, but could not save himself. "Dr. Jiang, why do you think someone would dream about another person so often?" "Probably because they're fixated on that person." After that, he kept "running into" Lu Hongze. At art exhibitions, in flower shops, and even at obscure art galleries with hardly anyone around. Jiang Tian knew Lu Hongze was one of the best of the best, and had seen him speak eloquently at international forums. But because of his own illness, Jiang Tian didn't dare return his feelings. His pride wouldn't allow him to expose his wounds for someone else to pity, either. Until one day, he met Lu Hongze again at a family dinner. Heavy snow was falling that day. The other man wore a thick trench coat and wrapped a warm scarf around Jiang Tian's neck. But the considerate gesture made Jiang Tian feel violently sick, until he threw up. Snowflakes and tears fell together onto Jiang Tian's eyelashes, leaving him clear-eyed and heartbreakingly vulnerable. Jiang Tian said, "I hate you. Go away." But Lu Hongze took out a brand-new handkerchief and wiped the dirt from the corner of his mouth. "Tiantian, I'm willing to try this with you." "Let's start by holding hands, okay?" [You are trapped in a dream. I will become the blade that cuts it to pieces.] [Then, among the scattered fragments, I saw the image of myself being saved.] ★ A sweet, doting romance with a happy ending, alongside a career storyline.
