My new novel, My Wife's Package Is Bigger Than Mine, is now out! Give that little finger of yours a workout and click in to take a look, my darlings! (The blurb for this novel is at the end.)
In his previous life, Lin Jing was disfigured and left with a limp while rescuing his elder brother and sister-in-law from a fire.
They weren't grateful at all. Instead, they treated him like a beast of burden and ordered him around.
After being disfigured, Lin Jing knew he had no hope of ever marrying. He hoped that one day, when he grew old, his nephew would provide for him, so he worked without complaint to support his brother, sister-in-law, and their family.
Later, after his nephew passed the provincial imperial examination and became an official, he took Lin Jing to his post and tricked him into pretending to be a servant, all to keep up appearances for the Lin family.
*
Everyone knew that the Lin family had an ugly, disabled servant who was a skilled fighter and utterly loyal. He protected the whole family, learned all kinds of trades, and earned them a fortune to spend as they pleased.
Unfortunately, the family was never satisfied. They thought the county magistrate's salary was too low and that Lin Youran didn't earn enough, so they went down the road of extorting the people and lining their own pockets.
After trying in vain to persuade his brother, sister-in-law, and nephew to stop, Lin Jing refused to go along with their corruption and decided to split from the family and return to his hometown.
He wanted none of their money or property. All he asked for was his freedom.
Only then did he discover that the rotten-hearted family had once sweet-talked him into handing over his identity token for safekeeping, and had put him in the register of slaves.
Now they held his deed of sale and refused to let him go, tormenting him in every way.
In the end, Lin Jing set fire to the magistrate's residence, where the stench of wine and meat wafted from behind its vermilion gates, and died with the family of bastards who had ruined his life.
Reborn, he watched coldly as his brother and sister-in-law struggled in the fire. Even his nephew's heartbroken cries left him unmoved.
Once it was over, Lin Jing split from this family of ungrateful, treacherous swine.
Then he spent the last few taels of silver he had on a severely injured, disfigured woman from the matchmakers' market, made her his wife, and took her up the mountain to become a hunter.
His wife was tall and long-legged. Once the injuries on her face healed, she was as beautiful as a flower. Apart from being half a head taller than him and mute, there was nothing wrong with her.
They lived a wonderful life together: he hunted, she made clothes, and their sweetness made everyone around them envious.
What outsiders didn't know was that his wife was charming and lovely in every way, but when she took off her trousers, she was even bigger than him!
He'd bought his wife himself, so he couldn't return her. He'd just have to swallow his tears and accept it.
Blurb:
Nan Yuan quit his job and returned to his hometown. Before he could enjoy the happy life of no longer being a workhorse, he accidentally stepped into thin air and transmigrated to another world.
This world was in the midst of a terrifying catastrophe: earthquakes, floods, rising seas...
Nan Yuan possessed the body of a little cat that had drowned in the flood, only to discover that this world was a beastfolk world from a novel.
He fled from place to place with his tribe, searching for shelter, and unexpectedly discovered that the little animals in the tribe listened to him very well. If he said east, they absolutely would not go west.
Only later did Nan Yuan learn that the original owner of this body was the tribe's next shaman, one who could communicate with the gods.
Materialist (Nan) Yuan: ???
There was nothing he could do. Seeing the adorable, fluffy cubs looking at him with such trusting eyes, Nan Yuan could only shoulder the responsibility of keeping the tribe alive.
Rebuild the tribe, take in beastfolk who had been separated from other tribes, form hunting and gathering teams, clear land, grow crops...
Watching the scrawny, fluffy little ones grow fat and healthy, Nan Yuan contentedly flopped into a pile of fur. A giant silver wolf caught him securely, then carried him home in its jaws and hid him away!
P.S.
1. I'm just an author with nine years of compulsory education. Feel free to point out typos!
2. Kind words bring good karma; cruel words hurt. I know my writing isn't great, so there's no need to tell me if you're dropping the novel. Hearts for you~
3. This is a beast-world novel set in a fictional world, so fictional it couldn't possibly be more fictional. Anything unreasonable is my own invention!!!
4. New chapters daily, with occasional extra chapters after it goes premium. I'm reliable about finishing my novels, so come on in!
5. There will be children later in the story, with lots of child-raising scenes throughout. The children aren't biological early on, but they will be later. Proceed with caution if that's not your thing~
Theme: Love life no matter where you are.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa~ updated!
I think it's normal thinking. When every author creates a character, he will subconsciously favor himself or the person he wants to be, right? So there's no need to worry! [Like]
Idiot Yuanyuan! Don't you understand that Aye can't help it!
You should take good care of yourself! If you really have no other choice, just ask for leave! The body is more important
Finish scattering flowers and wish you good health 🙏
Aye wants to take Yuanyuan home directly~ 😏
"Yinye's two heads stretched forward at the right time" which really caught the author's eye~ Head→Hand?
