Drinking with the Fisherman (Liao Zhai: Wang Liulang)

One is dressed in riches and fine food;

one is fair as jade and lovely as lacquer.

One is a man of the riverbank;

one is a ghost from the water.

A genius young fisherman bottom x a delicate, icy beauty top.

When eyes grow hazy and ears warm, when bodies melt together~

A young lad becomes a fisher boy, and every night the water ghost top comes calling.

Based on Wang Liulang from Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio,

this story is titled Drinking and Fishing.

Drink and fish,

enjoy a cup of wine while you live,

sing freely and drink your fill~

The ending differs from the classical original to give it a happy ending.

I just can't bear to put the main characters through heartbreak, aaah~

Theme: Drink and fish, then sleep entwined.
