Qing Qing and the General's Undone Armor

Xue Wanqing is the eldest princess of the Great Zhou dynasty. After the new emperor ascends the throne, the Empress Dowager takes the retired emperor back to Medicine King Valley to enjoy their retirement, while Xue Wanqing travels around with a medicine chest, practicing medicine.

While staying for a time in Shuobei, she rescues an injured, amnesiac man from the mountains and uses a few tricks to keep him by her side.

Everyone says the Ghost-Hand Immortal Physician has taken a liking to the handsome young man. Xue Wanqing doesn't deny it.

But when the handsome young man hears the rumors, he politely turns her down.

Lu Heng: "You are as beautiful as an immortal, miss. I wouldn't dare presume to dream of you."

Xue Wanqing: "I give you permission to dream of me."

Lu Heng: "..."

In the end, the handsome young man falls into the Ghost-Hand Immortal Physician's tender embrace. Once his memories return, he can't wait to marry her.

But the mistress of the Lu family is thoroughly displeased with the woman he has chosen.

"A country bumpkin, and an old maid in her twenties at that. How could she possibly marry into the Lu family? Taking her as a concubine would be more than she deserves."

Xue Wanqing: "A concubine? Me?"

That very night, the mistress of the Lu family becomes a divorced and discarded wife.
