Building a Base in a Horror Game by Scavenging

A full-dive horror game once burst onto the scene, advertised as 100% realistic, and swept across the globe, becoming a sensation for a time.

But the game was too open-ended and too difficult, so its popularity quickly faded, and it became just another game among many.

Then one day, Lu Yao accidentally clicked into it and picked up an egg at the start. Huh? What's this?

A company on the verge of bankruptcy came back to life and made a dramatic turnaround. Every server was packed once again.

Later, the chairman of the company behind the game held a press conference. A reporter asked him, "What do you have to say about your comeback against all odds?"

The chairman dabbed at the tears in the corners of his eyes with a handkerchief. "Well, it all started when a little girl picked up an egg."

Lu Yao: "Thanks for asking. How did I make the game popular? Maybe by livestreaming myself scavenging and farming in a horror game..."
