Blurb:

Middle schooler Ying Yu is caught between troubles at home and troubles with her friends.

During an ordinary dishwashing session, she finds an eyeball in the drain.

The secrets her parents have hidden, and a friendship that cannot be mended.

Just how great is the difference between humans and the inhuman?

Content warnings: Blood, the supernatural, and raising an inhuman being.

The protagonist is young, and there is a subtle yuri feel.

Some elements draw on the Cthulhu mythos, and borrowed material will be credited.

The Cthulhu tag has been removed from the title. If it's not your thing, turn back in time. I promise to finish the story, though updates have been irregular lately.

Theme: Portraying friendship and family bonds with a touch of fantasy
