The Rules of Love and Traffic

On Chu Xun’s first time driving, she ran into a former male classmate she’d once had a crush on. Dressed in a handsome traffic police uniform, he stopped her car and said sternly and coldly, “Ma’am, please cooperate with the traffic police.” He didn’t remember her, and in front of everyone, he challenged her: “Can you drive? Do you know the traffic rules?” Chu Xun was nearly in tears. “No.” His eyes held an inscrutable, icy indifference. “Then do you need a traffic cop to teach you?” * Zhou Jin had graduated years ago and was the traffic police squad’s resident heartthrob. Countless young, beautiful women passing by had tried to chat him up. He was as cold as ice, rejecting them without hesitation, until he met Chu Xun in her car. Everyone was dumbstruck when Zhou Jin, the traffic police squad’s outrageously handsome officer, openly pursued a woman who was a menace on the road. He held her close and asked in a husky voice, “Do you know how to date?” Chu Xun’s eyes reddened. “No.” “Then I’ll teach you.” Officer Zhou will teach you the rules of love and traffic, one step at a time.
