Mu Jin had a huge problem with Gu Yan becoming his desk mate, because Gu Yan had just happened to see him embarrass himself while imitating Peppa Pig jumping in muddy puddles and falling over. When Mu Jin got to school the next day, Gu Yan looked at him with the pitying gaze one might give a "child" with an intellectual disability. Mu Jin's short temper then kept him at odds with Gu Yan for the rest of their lives.
