The Wife in a Woman-Dominated World and Her Husband in a Man-Dominated World

Also known as How to Keep Your Wife in Line and My Wife Used to Be a Doormat, but Now She Won't Listen to Me. What Should I Do?

Serious version: After an accident, Zhou Yang's body merged with another version of himself from a parallel world. What? In that parallel world, women give birth. Fortunately, after the two versions of him merged perfectly, the female-dominant version of himself remained in control. All he gained was a set of memories from a life in a male-dominant world. A world ruled by men felt utterly absurd, but he soon stopped caring. He could just keep living as he always had... But something seemed off about his wife, who had always been a total "henpecked husband"... What, she had also merged with memories from both a female-dominant and a male-dominant life, but the version of her from the male-dominant world was the one in control?

"How did this happen? In the male-dominant world, I worked myself to the bone for this family, and you never cared how I felt. You insisted on divorcing me. I was such an idiot, still doing everything I could to love you. I'm no longer the foolish man who couldn't hold his head up in front of your family. I'm the pride of the new men of the 21st century! I'm not going to depend on self-important women like you. Didn't you want a divorce? Fine, let's get divorced! Who's afraid of whom?"

Lighthearted version: What if your wife is even more delicate than you are? She's a grown woman, but deep down she's a whiny little baby who spends all day pouting, acting cute, and demanding hugs. Worse still, she steals your clothes and uses your makeup. Wouldn't you, as her husband, cry out, "Oh my God, please take this weirdo away!" Hey, you, gorgeous woman! Running around in a man's skirt, have you no shame?

(This story isn't really that lighthearted. I'll try to portray things realistically and show what a female-dominant world would actually look like, with the characters' behavior reflecting its realities. It is a female-dominant world, told from a male protagonist's perspective, and will explore some controversial social issues between the sexes. It may not align with the views of readers who are used to female-led stories, so consider this a heads-up.)

Theme: Rethinking gender relations from the perspective of a female-dominant world.
