To the Wind

The story begins when Xu Feng is nine years old.

The wolf he regarded as his birth mother was killed by an arrow from Prince Rong Ning Mu while out hunting, as she tried to save his life. Ning Mu then took the boy, who had nowhere else to go, back to the palace and treated him well. But when Xu Feng was seventeen, he became a victim of the struggle for the throne. Seeking to secure his position, Ning Mu sent him to Prince Xu’s residence, where he became Prince Ning Xu’s concubine.

He could never forget the meaningful look in Ning Xu’s eyes when they first met, a wild gaze brimming with possessiveness.

He couldn’t help losing himself in it, losing sight of who he was.

Perhaps from the very beginning, he was destined to live by the words he would say later: “In this life, I will never leave Ning Xu.”

The story begins three years after Xu Feng entered Prince Xu’s residence, just after he becomes the prince’s consort. The plot was conceived in 2009 and is rather melodramatic.

Yijia’s son isn’t a hero who never sheds a tear. He’s an “emotional coward” who cries when his feelings run deep.

So please read with caution!
