I Came from Bungo Stray Dogs, and Now I'm in the Tower of God

My name is Shan Xingwenzhen. My special ability is [The Wordless Book]. Simply put, it lets me copy abilities. More specifically, I can see the special effects of other people's abilities, then use those abilities by memorizing the entire text and analyzing it. I'm currently in another world. There was no car accident, and I seem to have wandered into an infinite-horror scenario, but they say this is the Tower of God. My pinned skill list includes [No Longer Human]. I can recite and reproduce the whole text from memory, but unfortunately, it's completely useless. Nobody here uses special abilities! (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻ Seriously, I'm just an ordinary low-level employee. What should I do now? Asking online, it's urgent. P.S. The story is written so you can understand it even if you haven't read Tower of God or Bungo Stray Dogs. The mysteries and backstory will be revealed step by step. The author's writing and IQ are limited, but I'll do my best to tell their story well. P.P.S. Comments and questions are welcome. More interaction means more motivation. Theme: When you're in a play, you don't know it's a play
