When Lin Chayou was ten, his mother took him from the superpower organization in China, the Fushan Guildhall, to Britain. There, he was forced to change his name to Weizel, while his surname was concealed and he took his mother's. Later, he was recruited as the youngest member of the World United Superpower Organization. Known as someone who was constantly on the verge of a mental breakdown, he was assigned to Yokohama, a gathering place for superpowered individuals, at the age of seventeen, and made its director.
Lin Chayou: System, have I finally made it to the main story? What's going on with this world? That was no easy feat!
System: Keep it up, Host! You're the one maintaining world nucl, (crossed out) peace!
Lin Chayou: Boring. I don't want to deal with the protagonists' business. I'm just an official background character!
System: Host, please recognize your role. Don't try to shirk your responsibilities, or I'll start sobbing!
Lin Chayou: Weak, helpless, and pitiful~
Everyone else: As if we'd believe that!
And so, Yokohama welcomed the most brutal director in its history.
Theme: Face your work with optimism!
