[Prince of Tennis] The Qilin Descends

Twelve-year-old Fuji Shusuke somehow ended up in another parallel world and became a fifteen-year-old Fuji Shusuke. Watching the people in U17 use all sorts of flashy special moves, Fuji could only sigh, Is tennis really supposed to be like this? At twelve, he was forced to do the things expected of a fifteen-year-old. No matter how talented he was, he couldn't make up for his lack of experience. In U17, he was just a rookie. But a genius wouldn't give up so easily. He gritted his teeth and kept his struggles hidden, working hard in silence. His roommate, Yukimura Seiichi, noticed that something about Fuji seemed to have changed. At first, he thought Fuji had simply been shaken by Tezuka. But seeing Fuji strive purely to improve himself gave Yukimura a jolt, reminding him of his former self. Driven by curiosity, Yukimura began getting closer to Fuji, and from then on, there was no turning back.

This idea is the counterpart to Brown Bear Drop. The bear falling into the net has been upgraded to a kirin landing, representing easy and hard modes. Fuji in this story starts on hell mode, you could say. Anyway, I'll update whenever inspiration strikes.

Theme: Keep fighting through an uphill battle and things will eventually turn around
