The full-dive online game Frozen Galaxy, a sensation on Blue Star for decades, suddenly shut down.
Not only that, it ended on a cliffhanger: the Zerg invaded, the planet was doomed, and all the players' hard work went to waste.
When Ye Feng, a devoted player, heard the news, she flew into a rage and kicked through the shell of her full-dive game pod.
Then the circuit shorted out. Her vision went black, and she was reborn on the planet inside the game.
What? It's ten years before Frozen Galaxy is due to launch?
What? This isn't a game, but a real world?
What? Frozen Galaxy was actually using the power of Blue Star's players to fight off the Zerg?
So the game's abrupt ending wasn't an abrupt ending at all. It was the destruction of a real planet!
After learning the truth, Ye Feng resolves to change the planet's fate and lead it to victory against the Zerg.
But before that... she has to become a capable game designer.
