A Record of a Certain Country's Literary Masters [Primarily Bungo Stray Dogs]

My name is Honda Kiku. My true form is Japan.

One day, a strange incident occurred somewhere in our country. Apparently, someone with “special abilities,” an “ability user,” had appeared, and my superior sent me to investigate in person.

“I will handle this with care.”

However, various other things happened afterward, and the investigation was delayed until today.

I've heard that Yokohama's system for managing ability users is now mostly in place. It sounds like my task is simply to record local conditions based on the accounts of local officials. It should be easy.

However, on my very first day, Honda Kiku suffered a major setback: the local government's inaction!?

There's no helping it. I'll just have to do it myself.
