The Player Meets the Obsessive

Bai Sizhou is infamous in their circle as a rich, heartless playgirl. Rumor has it she only goes after beautiful women, and once she's grown bored of them, she leaves them with a huge sum of money and walks away.

Her affection is both heaven and hell.

Even so, plenty of people still lose themselves in her gentle trap, only to be shattered afterward.

At a party, Jiang Xi caught her eye as she played piano onstage in a snow-white dress.

Bai Sizhou used every seductive trick she had learned over the years and showered her with sweet words until she finally got her into bed.

After a few encounters, she realized that the woman before her wasn't nearly as innocent as she'd imagined. Beneath that immaculate exterior lurked an almost mad obsession and possessiveness.

++Just as before, she took a priceless check out of her bag, intending to leave the money and walk away. The next second, the check was reduced to scraps between those snow-white fingers.

Jiang Xi, who had once been so sweet and sensible, seemed to have become someone else. She held Bai Sizhou's hand and kissed it reverently, saying,

"Too late."
