Blurb:
Seven days before the apocalypse.
Gu Li dreams that the apocalypse is about to begin.
When she wakes up, she discovers that she's gained a storage space where time stands still. Inside is a little house with unlimited water, electricity, and gas, ready to move into.
"Aaaaaaaah!"
Gu Li screams, then promptly quits her job the next day and starts stockpiling food.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs, first level: Physiological needs, check.
Second level: Safety needs, check.
"Food comes first. There'll be no production in the apocalypse, and no one will be growing crops. I need to stock enough food and drinking water to meet my needs for most of my life."
"Same goes for clothes. As the apocalypse goes on, clothes will be even harder to find than food. They're essential supplies, but people will focus on food, and clothing will be difficult to produce."
"Medicine. If I get sick during the apocalypse and don't have any medicine, I'll just have to wait to die. Colds, fevers, sprains, bruises, headaches, and all the rest. I absolutely have to stock up on medicine."
The heroine is a little hamster, happily stockpiling food and happily cooking away~
This is an idea I've been obsessed with for ages. I'm claiming a spot for it first. I've already taken a screenshot of the blurb. If you like it, feel free to bookmark it.
Aww, isn't it adorable to hoard things like a hamster~ This is a feel-good story with no angst. There's no shortage of food or clothes in the apocalypse.
