[Western Crossover] The Superheroic Life of a Dad in Armor

Three years have passed. (Just giving the old train wreck a quick touch-up.) This is a revision in progress!

???

I'm Kai, the strongest warrior of the Hanxing family, one of the top dogs in the Great Wall Guardians, the king of one-on-one battles on the Continent of Kings, and practically the father of King's Canyon. I'd rather die of hunger or jump off this cliff than let Kryptonite Fork-Brain fall for that control freak!

Later...

"Hey, B, are you free today?"

"Aren't you straight as a ruler, straighter than Wukong's staff?"

"I'm not! I never said that!"

"Didn't you say there was no way you'd ever fall for him?"

"What does Kai liking Gotham's little prince have to do with me, Clark Kent/Kal-El?"

Kai isn't Kai, and Demon Kai isn't Kai either. (It might seem a little strange, but that's how it is.)

OOC is on me. I've swallowed the timeline and the logic, and the headcanons are piled high. Mainly DC, with some Marvel and other storylines mixed in, though probably not much. Pairing: Bats. There's a System, there's Demon Kai, and Kai Dad has his old abilities.

Also serialized on Yueling under the same pen name (but no longer updated).

Second edit

I only posted a few chapters on Yueling, then stopped updating for years.

I currently only post this story on this site. Thanks for recommending and sharing it, everyone, but reposting it to other sites without permission is prohibited.

Theme: When Kai becomes Superman
