I Absolutely Cannot Freeze to Death on the Peak of Salted Fish Mountain

To mourn my late wife, FrostNova, I was so grief-stricken that I went to a comic convention and cosplayed as her.

Before I could even take off my makeup, I was handed a near-death scenario and transmigrated to another world through a restroom.

Luckily, in the emergency, I managed to bind myself to a System... of sorts. But life is always full of ups and downs, and then more downs.

System: Welcome to the beta version of [Dokidoki: A Chubby Gamer Girl Wants to Conquer the Stars and Seas!]. I'm your sweet little System No. 521~

Me, coughing up blood: Cough, cough. Can you see my health bar? It's almost empty...

System: ?! I'm sorry! I just came off the assembly line and I'm not very good at this yet. I brought the wrong System version! QAQQQ

After saying that, the System left me alive and went back to update. I never heard from it again.

To beat the game, I hauled bricks at Yokohama's landmark tower by day, became a guardian of humanity by night, and fought on the front lines against curses. I spent all 48 hours of every day pushing my progress through the game.

Of course, none of the above is remotely believable.

Because I took the opportunity to join a certain Holy Grail War and made a wish to get the hell out of there overnight.

Me: Is a receding hairline really something you can joke about? (The hand holding my cigarette trembles slightly.)

Reader's guide:

#Crossover, mainly Jujutsu Kaisen and Bungo Stray Dogs

#Pairing... I wanna ship her with Yuji (the Jujutsu Kaisen one) _(:з"∠)_

#OOC warning. She may not be the FrostNova you have in mind. The main story is in third person.

#Canon-divergence warning. FrostNova is one of the strongest characters here. (I checked the wiki stats and she's seriously strong: immune to silence, sleep, and stun, with a built-in revive and 25 seconds of invincibility.)

Theme: No matter how hard life gets, keep trying to carry on and fight to stay alive
