A Record of Raising a Good Husband in a Matriarchal World

Shuisheng was born in a poor mountain village and was the third child in his family. His family was so destitute that they sold him to another household as a child husband.

But his new home was just as poor, and his future wife was still in her mother's belly! So Shuisheng began the long wait for his wife, taking meticulous care of her while eagerly hoping she'd grow up soon. In his dark life, she was his only hope.

Pu Muying was a modern person who died at sixteen in an accident. She never expected to open her eyes in another world! But this place is so poor! The food tastes awful, and the toilet stinks too!

Luckily, there's a handsome young man who dotes on her. He's even nicer to her than her own mother! But when she finds out that this pretty young man is her future husband, Pu Muying recoils in horror. Big brother, don't come any closer!

Shuisheng: Yingzi, I'm already yours. I've been waiting for you since before you were born.

Pu Muying: Big brother, don't be like this! You're old enough to be my uncle! I only see you as my own brother!

(P.S. This should be a short story, just tens of thousands of words.)
