My Dear Potato Deity

Fan Fan loves eating potatoes more than anything. But he got teased by his classmates because of it.

That night, a potato claiming to be the Potato God appeared.

"Come on! I'll take you to the top of the world!" The Potato God waved a long, thin scepter around in the air. "Then your classmates will know you like potatoes because you love them, not because you're poor!"

"Is it magic?" Fan Fan gazed at the Potato God expectantly. "Will I turn into a superhero?"

"What are you talking about?" The Potato God glanced sideways at Fan Fan. "Knowledge changes your destiny. Have you done your homework today?"

The stars in Fan Fan's eyes vanished. "No."

Could I quietly recommend some of my other stories too?~

"Can People in Vegetative States Photosynthesize?" Just bask in the sun and you won't have to eat.
