Currently wrapping up the ending. My new novel, The Son-in-Law of a Brother-Doting Family, is now available!~
1. Before Ning Xichun married, she was just an ordinary village girl. But a fortune-teller said she was destined for wealth, and the affluent Zhou family in the city took her as their bride.
On the second day after the wedding, news came that her husband, who was stationed far away beyond the border, had died. Ning Xichun went from newlywed to widow, inheriting the Zhou family's countless silver taels, manors, and farmland. She became the richest person in Spring City.
Before she could even adjust to her new position, the stewards of the estate, the managers of the businesses, and the senior maids all came to her for instructions.
She had to review the shop accounts and approve purchases...
She had to decide which family's designs the maids and servants would wear for their winter clothes...
And several young masters clung to her legs, wailing as they begged to find their older brother... Xichun burst into tears along with them.
Being the lady of a wealthy household was just too hard.

2. Zhou Bing thought that when he returned home, his wife would have taken a large sum of money and remarried, his trusted aides would be at a loss with his young brothers, and the family shops and estates would have fallen into chaos without his orders...
He was so convinced of this that he held firmly to the idea right up until he got home.
But none of the scenes he had imagined came to pass.
The house was clean and orderly, the servants and maids were all at their posts, and his brothers had made great strides in their studies. His wife's keen business sense seemed to have absorbed all the brilliance that should have belonged to him. That graceful, elegant, lovely lady sat in the main hall, surrounded by the young masters. He seemed... utterly superfluous.
The essential head of the household?
No longer needed.
3. Years later, Zhou Bing told Xichun that he felt she treated him worse than she treated their sons and his younger brothers.
Xichun couldn't be bothered with that lousy man.
Hadn't she treated him well enough?
While he was alive, she made clothes for him. When she thought he had died, she burned the biggest incense sticks and thickest candles for him. Wasn't that enough?
Please add these historical novels to your wish list: My Five-and-a-Half-Year-Old Backer, I'm the Fake Heiress, and more~
"Possibly also titled: The Five-and-a-Half-Year-Old Groom's Guide to Caring for His Wife"
The year Chengcheng turned four, the Anping Marquis's household brought home Yaoyao, the true daughter who had been switched at birth.
A senior maid told Chengcheng that she had stolen Yaoyao's happy life, so Chengcheng felt terribly guilty. She brought Yaoyao all the pearl hairpins and jewelry she had saved over the years, along with her pretty clothes, and even let Yaoyao have the delicious food first.
As the days went by, Chengcheng grew increasingly distant from her parents. Deeply unhappy, she sought help from Taotao, the four-year-old only son of the prime minister, who lived next door.
The little boy, who could only share his thoughts through the dog hole and listen to the sad stories of his neighbors, felt sorry for her.
Neither of them expected that this would last a lifetime.
Reader advisory: The male lead is a deceased husband.
An alternate world. Historical nitpicking is not welcome.
Theme: Keep learning and work hard to improve, and life will become better.
The author writes about the small things in the life of a large family, which are very real. I have read the complete book. It is very beautiful. Spread flowers?
Overall, it's okay
It's quite good-looking. I just like this kind of ordinary life. It's good to change it up after watching too many love-hate relationships and backyard house fights.
Is the heroine here specifically to take care of weirdos? Moreover, the relationship between the male protagonist and the protagonist changed too quickly. I felt that the whole story did not match the writing. The whole story was about the female protagonist cleaning up the weird things and then starting a career, which was boring. I really had a question mark on my face.
The whole story is about the female protagonist doing business, and the male protagonist occasionally makes soy sauce, and I am speechless because I bought it all. I skipped through it. It was too bland.
I feel that in the whole book, among the heroine's sisters-in-law, the heroine seems to have the best relationship with her eldest sister-in-law. Although the second sister-in-law is disgusting, she is not as disgusting as the fourth sister-in-law. The third sister-in-law has the weakest sense of existence but seems to be a good person. The fourth sister-in-law is the most disgusting.
I hope the wives of my brothers-in-law are not so disgusting.
Jia Geer's blind date is very lengthy and informative
I like it, I like it, when will the next one come out? I'm waiting.
Sprinkle flowers? Happy ending!
Congratulations on the completion, spread the flowers
