She Keeps Ruining My Love Life

Qin Xiaoxiao has always been proudest of having Su Ying as a friend, someone who takes such good care of her, both in life and at school. After they were assigned to different classes in their first year of high school, Qin Xiaoxiao clung to Su Ying's arm and said coyly, "A Ying, we're in high school now. I need to find a boy to date, or I'll miss my chance at young love. I think the class monitor's pretty good." Su Ying smiled and stroked Qin Xiaoxiao's hair. "Sure. Big Sis supports you." As soon as they said goodbye, Su Ying filled a sheet of scrap paper with: Qin Xiaoxiao, you big dummy. You want to date? I'll smack that idea right out of your face. The next day, Qin Xiaoxiao came in last on the placement test. While she was being scolded by her mother and made to stand without dinner, Su Ying showed up with a meal. "Poor thing. Hurry up and eat." Qin Xiaoxiao was so moved. Catching sight of her mother's back out of the corner of her eye, she hurriedly signaled Su Ying to say something to save her. Su Ying looked at Qin's mother and said sympathetically, "Auntie, why not let her stop standing there? The class monitor's been waiting for her downstairs for ages." Qin Xiaoxiao: ... Her one-hour punishment turned into two, and her parents took turns lecturing her all night about young love. At long last, she made it to her first year of college. Qin Xiaoxiao had gotten a few more love letters. Somehow, whenever she bragged to Su Ying about one of her admirers, that admirer would inexplicably fall for Su Ying instead. Qin Xiaoxiao tearfully asked Su Ying, "A Ying, I thought of you as my best friend. What are you trying to do?" Su Ying smiled, her lips curling with a seductive, alluring charm. She rose onto her toes and whispered something in Qin Xiaoxiao's ear. Qin Xiaoxiao's eyes flew wide, and her face turned bright red. Theme: Study hard. I'll chase away all your admirers for you.
