A frozen star lies hidden in the galaxy.
As a renowned human space explorer in the year 1555 of the New Era, Galasia accidentally transmigrated to a deserted planet in the Pre-Era and nearly died there.
When he was preparing to pilot his time machine back to his own era, a mechanical space insect suddenly appeared in the cockpit.
Galasia's first reaction was to destroy it. He failed, and instead the insect held him hostage and took him on a long detour. It also seized control of the ship's core and took the time machine to the most dangerous insectoid territory in the star system: the Insect Eye.
Galasia: We're about to enter the Insect Eye. The insectoid planet is right ahead. If you want me dead, why don't you just kill me already!
Mechanical insect: Galaxia, there is a reason you must come here.
Galasia: Wait! What did you call me? Galaxia? Who said you could call me that so familiarly, you metal shell!
Mechanical insect: [Mechanical voice] Energy depleted. Initiating self-disassembly.
Seeing the insect disassemble, Galasia immediately activated the time-travel device.
Thirty seconds later...
System: Report! Command invalid!
Galasia: ???
One minute later...
A line of red text appeared on the screen.
Intruder: Who are you?
Screen: Identifying life form as insectoid... This life form is from Senmorta... Insectoid... Senmorta...
The screen flickered back and forth, then gradually malfunctioned.
Seeing both "insectoid" and "Senmorta" on the screen, Galasia sensed trouble. To save his own skin, he instinctively tried to escape in the time machine.
But when he saw a face gradually appear on the screen, he froze.
Because the face on the other side belonged to his husband, Nigratruo!
● This is a story where the top is on the brink of death, so the bottom travels through time to find something that can save him. But the time machine crashes and he loses his memory, and by a strange twist of fate, he changes the timeline and sets off a chain of butterfly effects that indirectly save the top.
● Content warnings
1. The top has lived for nearly 2,000 years. He's a survivor from the planet Senmorta, a modified insectoid, and a non-carbon-based life form. Senmorta means "immortal."
2. Everyone except the top is a true insectoid. Insectoids have a matriarchal society. The queen is theoretically the highest-ranking member and can establish mental links. The top has the same ability, but his links can cross species and let him sense a certain number of enemies. This makes him unique, though the queen is still the strongest.
3. Insectoids value reason above all else.
4. There are no absolute villains, only different positions. Don't take the space opera too seriously.
