Chu Lang died in a car accident in his previous life. When he woke up, he found that he had transmigrated into the body of a wolf. And things got even more exciting: the moment he opened his eyes, he saw a wild Wolf King glaring at him, hackles raised, teeth thrust right into his face!

Only later did he learn that the original wolf was the second-in-command, a troublemaker who loved provoking Ling Ye, the Wolf King, and recklessly courting death. To stay alive, Chu Lang decided to suck up to the Wolf King and become his loyal lackey (wolf).

Every day, Chu Lang nervously pinned back his ears, tucked in his tail, rolled over to show his belly, and dropped hints like crazy. Ling Ye, however, always thought he was up to no good, and responded with raised hackles, bared teeth, and a flurry of wolfish attacks, making Chu Lang's heart pound with fear every time.

Then one day, Chu Lang suddenly realized that this Wolf King seemed... a little human?
