A Lantern in the Night Rain, Ten Years Later

Two hundred years ago, the war against the demons ended. The descendants of Ancestor Beichen gradually founded the six strongest sects in the martial world. Cai Zhao got lucky in the reincarnation lottery and was born into one of them, the Valley of Falling Blossoms. The story only began when she became a disciple at fifteen... According to her aunt, the martial world was a bright and thriving paradise. But all Cai Zhao saw was jealousy, betrayal, bloodshed, and endless strife. After clearing away layer upon layer of mist, she finally discovered the secrets hidden beneath the legends and tales of heroism. The rain falls cold and softly on the martial world at night, yet generation after generation of passionate young people still face the crossroads of choice. Some become the words carved on the front of a monument; others are left as helpless notes on its back. A blurb I've worked hard on, even though I know it won't help much: It's still the farcical life of an ordinary young woman. High-level martial arts, somewhere between wuxia and xianxia. Plot-driven. Full of melodrama, a Mary Sue, schemes and intrigues. Don't read if that's not your thing. Remember, remember. Intimate scenes, updates when inspiration strikes! Please spread the word. Theme: Love and courage never lose. May I become the backbone of the world, with no regrets even in death.
