Mainly A Certain Magical Index, with crossovers from Detective Conan, The Prince of Tennis, Kuroko's Basketball, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. If possible, I'd also like to add superheroes (no, you don't).
The heroine has plant manipulation abilities, is Level 5, and ranks fifth. She is an emotionless girl, like a plant. She's seven years old and in elementary school, and starts out at Level 4.
Pairing undecided, with everyone doting on her. (After all, she's so young that shipping her with anyone feels wrong.)
I'll start writing after I finish A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Accelerator.
Theme: Love and hope
