Fu Zheng woke up one morning to discover she had become Fu Zheng, a girl fleeing famine.
After watching several of her sisters marry themselves off for a single meal, Fu Zheng gathered her courage and asked Ye Feng, "Are you looking for a wife? I can be thrifty, gentle, virtuous, diligent, and capable!"
Ye Feng, sitting in a wheelchair, said, "...My parents are both dead, I'm poor, and I'm disabled..."
Fu Zheng said, "I don't mind. I like your kind."
That way, she'd be safe.
Ye Feng: "..."
I suspect you're making fun of me, but I have no proof!
