I Picked Up My Future Brother-in-Law and Hid Him Away

Lu Quanan transmigrates into a historical romance novel, becoming a doomed supporting character whose only role is to keep sabotaging the male lead. The male lead marries his older sister, steals his wealth, severs the tendons in his hands and feet, dresses him in women's clothes, and throws him into a brothel.

Terrifying! Lu Quanan decides to find a partner and retire to the countryside, keeping well away from the male lead from then on.

One day, while drinking at an inn, Lu Quanan spots a stunning beauty with captivating eyes hiding beneath a table. The beauty's once-fine clothes are torn, and he's curled beneath the table, covered in blood. Pursuers clamor outside as the beauty reaches out a long, bloodied hand and hooks a finger around Lu Quanan's ankle. Their eyes meet. Lu Quanan swallows, then casually tricks the pursuers into leaving and saves the beauty.

Lu Quanan buys the beauty a mansion and cares for him night and day, giving him everything he has. After making plans to retire to the countryside with him, Lu Quanan discovers that the beauty is his future brother-in-law: the Crown Prince, who has been injured and lost his memory.

Lu Quanan: ...

Liu Yu is heaven's favorite, the standard male lead of a historical romance. His savior bride never showed up, so what's with this silly boy? He showers him with sweet words as if they cost nothing, solemnly vows to be together with him forever, then runs away after winning his heart. Tsk! What a scumbag.

Guard Fei Liu knows his Crown Prince despises the heir of the Prince of Huainan. Hoping to solve his master's troubles, Fei Liu learns that the heir is keeping a beauty hidden away and is head over heels for him. So Fei Liu tells his master he's found a way to deal with Lu Quanan: "I'll send someone to violate his little sweetheart. It'll make him furious!"

Liu Yu: ...Thank you so much!
