Raising a Matchmaking Herb

As a domineering CEO, Fu Zhiqiu is young, successful, and has a car, a house, and both cats and dogs. The only thing missing is a love life. He's still single as he approaches thirty. His mother is worried and prays everywhere for her son's destined match. One day, she brings a potted plant to his home. CEO's mother: The master said that if you take good care of this plant of destined love, your perfect match will arrive soon. The plant is placed by Fu Zhiqiu's bed. That night, he has a strange dream: a beautiful boy holding an umbrella says he's Fu Zhiqiu's wife. He wakes with a start and finds himself staring into the eyes of a tiny person beside his pillow. Fu Zhiqiu: Why does he look so much like the person in my dream? The tiny person, no bigger than a palm and with a leaf on his head, introduces himself: Hello. I'm a wood spirit who grew up deep in the mountains. Your mother dug up the plant I lived in, cutting off my supply of spiritual energy from the earth, so I have to absorb your essence to replenish my powers. Fu Zhiqiu's expression turns cold: Get out. The little wood spirit puts his hands on his hips and threatens him: If you throw me out, I'll curse your whole family! Fu Zhiqiu: This little guy's got quite a nerve. The little wood spirit successfully stays. Fu Zhiqiu: What's your name? The little wood spirit shakes his head: We wood spirits have Heaven as our father and Earth as our mother. Names? We don't have those. Fu Zhiqiu: ...Fine, I'll call you Little Leaf. Fu Zhiqiu: How old are you? The little wood spirit puts on a solemn face: Two hundred. Fu Zhiqiu: It's not nice for children to lie. Fu Zhiqiu: Can you really help me find my destined match? The little wood spirit tilts his head: What's a destined match? Fu Zhiqiu: ...You're too young to need to know. A tiny house, tiny clothes, tiny tableware, and all sorts of custom-made things for the little wood spirit arrive at Fu Zhiqiu's home. Rumors spread around the industry that President Fu has recently developed a girlish side and is obsessed with raising dolls. Fu Zhiqiu: What doll? He's my son. After absorbing enough spiritual energy, the little wood spirit transforms. His adult form is the beautiful boy from Fu Zhiqiu's dream. Fu Zhiqiu: What son? He's my wife! Theme: Protect the environment and respect life.
