The male lead is Zhang Qiling, with an original female lead. Very sweet, happy ending, lighthearted style. You can read this without reading the previous work.

The Little Brother loses his memory and plans to leave home to search for it. To keep him from leaving, Pangzi comes up with the terrible idea of tricking him into thinking he has a girlfriend. Poor, bewildered Mu Lele can only step in at a moment's notice and put her amateur-actress skills to work. In the midst of all the chaos, Mu Lele can only think: Cherish your life and stay away from Pangzi.

This story has been updated over a period of four years or more. Looking back, many of the early scenes have practically become black history to me. It's full of all sorts of random ideas, rambling that doesn't quite follow, and lots of brainless Mary Sue tropes. The logic falls apart, and there are piles of typos and grammatical errors. All I can say is, enter at your own risk and protect your toes. And for now, the ending still seems a long way off.

The setting and characters carry over from the previous story, the Wu Xie and Zhang Qiling bond fic Where We Belong. If you're interested, check out the author's profile, or just dive into this one. The cover features Lele x Little Brother.
·
Since the Little Brother loses his memory right at the start, his character is based on the Little Brother from Rage Tide, and differs in some ways from his later portrayal. There may be some inconsistencies.
·
The story is half daily life and half tomb raiding. The early sections feature original plots and original tombs, the middle connects with the original Restart, and the later sections include Blind Tomb and The Longest Night in the Mountains. Some background details will be changed. The Restart arc follows the Little Brother's point of view. Since Uncle Three left some things unfinished, I'll fill in the plot with my own ideas. Blind Tomb is mostly my own invention: aside from the name and background, it's basically unrelated to the original.

The female lead transmigrates, and her character is designed to grow. She has no overpowered golden finger and is not a universally adored perfect character. She has flaws: she can be melodramatic, timid, and afraid. The Ultimate was resolved in the previous work, and this story's main plot is unrelated to it. The female lead and Mu An are siblings. In the first story, the two of them went through all sorts of adventures with the Iron Triangle and became close friends who had faced life and death together, so they already have a solid bond.
·
The previous story picks up after Tomb Raider Notes 8, and takes place about two years later, around 2008. It does not include Lost Tomb: The Mystic Nine or Sand Sea.
·
The tomb-raiding content is entirely made up, so don't read it expecting meticulous research.

I've often wondered what kind of girl the Little Brother would love if he had a partner. Then I saw an interview with Uncle Three where he said the Little Brother would like a girl who cares about him.
I think the Little Brother should have a sunny, optimistic girlfriend. She'd have been through a lot with him, be innocent but not foolish, and have a lively, everyday warmth. She'd care for him and consider his needs. She'd be able to warm him and bring him all the ordinary joys of life.
Personally, I think a good relationship needs balance. The Little Brother has always seemed to exist outside the mortal world. I hope there can be a girl who brings him back to this world and gives him the kind of happiness everyone can touch, but that he has never known.
Theme: I came treading on moonlight, only because you were in the mountains.
