Catch the Thief!

A birthday tribute for Baibai~

He is an official, and also a thief, but truly a “chivalrous thief”...

He is a constable, and also a hunter, watching his prey, that thief...

He too becomes a thief, but only because he has no choice...

He must catch thieves; it is his duty...

But later on...

The thieving he does is for him...

The constable he is, he is only to catch him...
