I Want You

Main story complete. Next up: When the Clouds Part, I See You

Qin Du fell for Xu Sui Nuan when he was twenty.

He confessed and got rejected. Xu Sui Nuan said, "Sorry, I don't date immature boys."

Years later, Qin Du looks at her in her wretched state, his voice icy. "What happened to older men being more considerate?"

Xu Sui Nuan never imagined that Qin Du would come when she was at her lowest.

At a later department dinner, Qin Du corners her against a wall. His tone is cool and detached. "They're all younger than me. They're not right for you."

Xu Sui Nuan looks up at him. "What about you?"

Qin Du's expression softens a little. "Want to give it a try?"

When the Clouds Part, I See You

On the first day after running away from home, Jiang Xu meets Ji Jingshen.

Smitten by his looks, she tries to tempt him with money.

"Come with me. I'll give you whatever you want." Jiang Xu takes the man's arm, smiling brightly.

Ji Jingshen politely refuses. "Miss Jiang, I don't need money."

Jiang Xu thinks he probably has no idea how rich she is.

But later, Jiang Xu cuts ties with the Jiang family and is left with nothing.

One autumn evening, Jiang Xu waits outside Ji Jingshen's door. She doesn't look up until the man approaches, then says softly, "Ji Jingshen, I'm broke."

Ji Jingshen crouches in front of her, his voice gentle. "Perfect. Now I can take care of you."

Have you ever met a man like this in your life? When he arrives, the clouds part, the moon appears, and the whole galaxy opens up before your eyes.
