After Flirting with the Amnesiac Powerhouse

Lu Pianzhou had a pair of alluring, peach-blossom eyes. When he looked at people, they held a lingering, luminous quality, as if he had something to say but couldn't bring himself to say it. People often mistook it for an attempt to seduce and tease them. While filming on set, Lu Pianzhou took a fancy to a taciturn man carrying a camera. He approached the man, confessed his feelings, and pursued him relentlessly, making a huge spectacle that everyone online knew about. The man rejected him again and again. Lu Pianzhou spent two days and two nights drinking at a bar. The next day, a trending topic appeared out of nowhere. A source claimed that the previous night, Lu Pianzhou had been helped into a car by an elegant man wearing gold-rimmed glasses, then taken into a certain mansion. The news spread everywhere. Other media outlets dug up that the elegant man was Lu Pianzhou's childhood friend and ex-boyfriend. They'd been classmates in elementary, middle, and university! In his rented apartment, Shen Zhun put down his bowl of instant noodles and stared for a long time at the mansion on TV. Suddenly, he remembered the handsome young man sneering at him a few days earlier: "Who the hell do you think you are? You think I can't live without you? You wear cheap clothes and can't even afford food. What's the point of being with you? We can't even make ends meet. I'm done with you. Get lost!" Lu Pianzhou quietly nursed his wounds alone. Two months later, a news story suddenly broke online: the chairman of Huan'en Entertainment, who had gone missing several months ago, had recently recovered his memories and returned to the company. Lu Pianzhou thought the man seemed familiar, a bit like the handsome, poor man he'd pursued, who had nothing going for him except his muscles. But how had that man become his boss? Huh? Was he about to be blacklisted? [Reading Guide] 1. Bottom's POV, single-couple romance 2. The top chases the bottom after losing him Theme: Life takes courage to try new things
