A Third-Rate Detective in Yokohama

A hardcore cat person, looking for cats online!

Meet a lousy third-rate detective whose daily routine is looking for lost cats and dogs, and occasionally people.

The special thing about him is that he comes with a bro, and the two of them make a living in Yokohama.

Every now and then, they run into some strange people and bizarre incidents.

He's still alive! A black-haired corpse drifts by on the water, feet in the air. They haul him out and find him wrapped in bandages, but with barely a scratch on him.

Shocking! The mushrooms in the hills behind Yokohama have another use...

Is it a collapse of morality or a distortion of human nature? A mafia boss has actually been reported for allegedly violating child protection laws!

The third-rate detective has witnessed or heard about all sorts of things like these.

He came to Yokohama to retire, but his retirement funds aren't enough, so he's once again taken up searching for people and things.

Everyone who has seen him says that the only memorable thing about this detective is cats.
