This story could also be called: The Family's Great Betrayal, The Little Tadpole's Search for Mom, Is My Sister/Brother Up to Trouble Again Today?, Is the Power-Obsessed Weirdo Still Chasing Power Today?, Did Vergil Double Jump Today?, Did Dante Use His Hair Gel Hand Today?

I thought DMC in a superhero universe would be really cool, and I really wanted to ship the female lead with Vergil. I couldn't hold back any longer, so this is what came out.

The female lead's story in Jian Wang 3 might be written later, depending on how things go. It's mainly relevant to her character background and won't affect your reading.

Warnings:

1. I'm a science student, and this is the first story I've ever written. My writing is awful, and my logic isn't great either. If that's not your thing, don't read it.

2. The female lead is a local, incredibly overpowered, and the male lead appears very late.

3. This includes some invented backstory for the Sparda twins. I only know the game plot and parts of the manga and novels. This is my take on Vergil, so he's probably out of character. Capcom changes its own canon all the time, so I'm just writing it the way I understand it.

4. I'll write whatever comes to mind. I might add more later beyond what's in the blurb.

5. There are BL elements and pairings, including Superbat and Green Lantern/Flash.
