A Couple Transmigrates Into the Mountains

(Special note: This story is about life in a primeval forest. Hunting is a survival skill. In the real world, please care for animals and protect the environment.)

Lin Lan thinks she can stay calm about anything.

But right now, there's one thing she clearly can't stay calm about: she and her husband have transmigrated to an uninhabited primeval forest.

Apart from the camper van they transmigrated with, they have nothing.

The rooster and hen her mother gave them before they left have become their most precious resources.

Two sacks of potatoes will be all the food they have for the year.

A string of dried chili peppers is as good as an entire chili field.

And their fish sauce, tomato sauce, and dried mushrooms have become their most scarce provisions. With things so difficult, should she share any of this food with her husband?

Theme: An ordinary day.
