Stay Strong, You Can't Be Gay!

[My upcoming story, "Age Gap," is now underway! Please show it some love with a favorite! The main story is complete, so please leave a five-star review. Bows!] Blurb: [Split-personality artist gets turned gay x Fake acting turns into real feelings] Zhang Nan, a popular danmei comic artist, suddenly runs out of inspiration and develops delusions. He not only becomes convinced that he's the protagonist and bottom of his own comic, but also sets off on a long journey to "find a top." Fu Yuzheng, forced to appear as a "temporary actor," initially refuses. Though a doctor's duty is to care for the sick, there are limits. His aloof persona can take a hit, but he can't risk getting turned gay. Dr. Fu: Thanks for asking, but this straight guy isn't interested. Unfortunately, the comic artist's scripts are utterly shocking: the doctor who says no but means yes, the lawyer who keeps a mermaid, the scumbag who dumps a guy after taking his virginity... Each new role he's given is more compelling than the last. The plot is heart-pounding, and the scenes are burned into his mind. After two comics, the patient still isn't cured, but Dr. Fu's heart rate is getting a little high. At last, the final comic ends. Zhang Nan recovers and learns the truth, tears streaming down his face. "Dr. Fu, I'm so sorry! I'm sorry for causing you so much trouble!" Fu Yuzheng, who has perfectly played out the plots of multiple comics and now has a top-tier top label, flips through the pages in his hand, his expression icy. "Who cut the car scene?" Zhang Nan: ??? A straight man's words are as unreliable as a ghost's! Later-- Zhang Nan's new work, "Falling in Love in a Danmei Comic," becomes a huge hit. It's a nonstop display of affection, full of flirtation and sweetness. Readers can't stop praising it: "Incredible! A fairy-tale romance paired with an amazing artist!" At a signing, a reporter even asks, "Mr. Zhang, your new work has such a bold and daring style. What reignited your creative inspiration?" Zhang Nan gazes at the gentle smile of the man in the audience, sighs with exhaustion, and silently rubs his lower back. "Art imitates life." [Carefree, split-personality artist bottom x aloof, high-and-mighty doctor top] The main themes: #The artist's better, but now the doctor is going crazy!# #Which one of us is actually acting strange, me or the doctor?!# #That straight guy, why are you so quick to take your clothes off?!# Reader's Guide: 1. A silly comedy. The author is letting loose to unwind. The plot and deeper meaning are both a mess. Feeling good is what matters. 2. Straight-to-gay, fake dating becomes real. Watch a steel-straight guy talk himself into it. 3. The bottom's surname is pronounced Zhang, with the third tone. There is no doctor-patient relationship between the leads, and the bottom recovers later in the story. 4. Please show this story some love with a favorite! My upcoming story, "Age Gap," is now underway. Here's the blurb: [My bones are made of steel, but I will kneel only for you] The first time Lin Jian saw Shen Ke, he was at his father's funeral. The sharp-featured young man crouched in front of him, looked at the mourning clothes he wore as the eldest son, remained silent for a long time, then called him a poor little thing. Before long, the poor little thing went home with him. That year, he was eight, and Shen Ke was twenty. The first time Lin Jian dreamed of Shen Ke was during a sweltering summer filled with cicadas. By then, he had already called him "Uncle Shen" for seven years. He had tried calling him "brother" once, but Shen Ke always wore a faint, icy smile as he told him, "Don't call me that. We're a generation apart." That year, he was fifteen, and Shen Ke was twenty-seven. The first time Lin Jian said Shen Ke's name aloud was on the night of his coming-of-age ceremony. The previous moment, he was lost in a hazy fantasy of his own making, unable to control himself, when the voice he'd kept buried in his heart suddenly slipped out. The next moment, the bathroom door opened. Shen Ke's face was grim, his dark, oppressive gaze fixed on Lin Jian as he asked, "What were you doing just now? Whose name did you call?" That year, he was eighteen, and Shen Ke was thirty. Shen Ke, Shen Ke, Shen Ke. My world was once nothing but ruins. You rebuilt it with your love, and the rubble became a city of joy. And my burning, secret love bloomed into a quiet flower among the dust. [Quiet, cold, and dangerously obsessive bottom] x [Gentle, powerful, fatherly top] Updates every night at nine.
