I'm Pregnant with Humanity's Savior

They say a dream can span a thousand years, but Yan Lü's dream spanned ten thousand. After one erotic dream, he found himself ten thousand years in the future. By then, Earth had long since been colonized. Humanity had lost its rights and been reduced to interstellar slaves. Technology here had regressed, and the power over life and death rested entirely in alien hands. Human lives were miserable. Worst of all, humanity had forgotten how to fight back, or perhaps had simply become powerless to do so. Yan Lü wanted to resist, but he was just an ordinary man, and fighting back would accomplish nothing. So he was beaten down. Just then, the baby in his belly protested. The Huan Clan is the strongest species in the universe. They don't even take the other species seriously, let alone humans, who are interstellar slaves. The only thing they care about is their descendants. The Huan Clan had gone over a thousand years without a single offspring. While they were desperately searching for a solution, all high-ranking members of the clan received a distress signal from a youngling. The Huan Clan had a youngling, and someone was trying to kill it. How could they allow that? Even after being rescued, Yan Lü was utterly bewildered. Could someone tell him how a man like him got pregnant? And could someone explain how an erotic dream could get someone pregnant? This was downright fantastical, wasn't it?
