A Wife Like a Flower

[Hu Yancheng has reached the point where her parents get anxious every time they see her, wishing she would get married this very instant.] [With no other choice, she has to go through the motions of a blind date every so often. It annoys her, but at least it keeps everyone else quiet.] [Just when she was getting tired of it and had decided fate simply hadn't brought the right person along, she never expected that a long-lost childhood betrothal would resurface in this day and age.] [But is all of this really good luck? At a friend's wedding, Hu Yancheng discovers that her best friend and her childhood betrothed used to be a couple. Now her friend is choosing to step aside so Hu Yancheng can be with him. Is love something you can simply take when you want it, then walk away from when you feel like it?] [But if you've already stepped aside, why bring your child back into my life? Give me a piece of candy, then slap me hard across the face??? As it turns out, friendship really can't withstand betrayal.] [From now on, can we pass each other like strangers?] Theme:
