There's no blurb for a person's life. You are simply swept along and experience things as they come.
A poor little Rongzi with an unhappy childhood becomes curious about the sobbing sounds coming from a madman. In a deserted courtyard, he meets several young masters from wealthy families, and they become friends. As times change and war arrives, they each flee in different directions. When the friends part ways and meet again, they discover the many secrets surrounding the madman from their past. These secrets give them memories and bonds they cannot leave behind, and from then on they help one another become better.
Theme: When the past becomes love.
Xu He, Nanny, Zhiying, Zhongxu, Guoan, Yang Kezheng, Liu Shangen... They all lived at the tail end of the old society, the dark age when the country was destroyed and the family was destroyed. Such an era did not allow for a satisfactory ending. The author doesn't write too much about each person, but from the images shown, I have begun to use my poor imagination to try to paint out fragments of their lives. "Everyone is the protagonist, everyone is a supporting role." I think this book truly fulfills this sentence. As for "I" - Xiang Rong, she had a short childhood when she was very innocent and didn't like to cry, but since then her crying mole has appeared. The misfortune of her life experience meant that she did not receive the love of her biological parents and adoptive parents. It was not until she lost the chance to meet Xu He that she learned that the "mad woman" she spied on out of curiosity when she was a child was actually her mother. She even slept in fear every night during the war, saying, "If you want to escape, you must call me." But she was lucky. Aunt Yiman and Zhongxu tried to protect her despite being misunderstood by her as cruel, bitter and malicious. With their own tenacity, the efforts of Yang Kezheng, Zhong Yan and unknown patriots, they survived the war-torn years and finally had their own children and lived a peaceful life until their death. After reading too many articles in Jinjiang, I am accustomed to focusing on the emotional lines of the "male and female protagonists", but this article suddenly reminded me that in the torrent of time and destiny, the relationship between men and women may be the last to be explained clearly. It was only in the last few chapters that I discovered that Zhong Yan had always liked Xiang Rong but was unable to explain it, and their lives after middle age can be regarded as healing each other from the bad first half of their lives. Thank you to the author for recommending this book to me. I believe this is also a work that you are more satisfied with. You can see that the portrayal of the characters has become more refined. I couldn't find any flaws in the logic of this article. I know I'm not qualified to judge in terms of words and sentences. If I insist on saying that I have one regret, there are too few descriptions of Xiang Rong and Xu Yan after they became husband and wife. They (especially Xiang Rong) have been so miserable in the first half of their lives. I hope there can be some sweet and happy life fragments to comfort them (mainly to comfort us, hahaha). But looking at the size of the entire article, it is actually not too small. After all, this is not the focus of this article, and we as readers should also have our own imagination. I will continue to read Lao Li's articles, come on~
When I read the descriptions of the Anti-Japanese War in history books when I was a child, I couldn't feel the hatred between the country and the family in the words. Instead, when I grew up, I got a glimpse of the devastation of the country at that time from these novels. Those short-handed people were really too cruel.
It's such a pity that Zhong Xu died for the heroine to come home. It's very affectionate, okay, my family is really ah
If Yang Kezheng had not sacrificed, would Xiang Rong have been able to experience less pain in the store?
Hey, hey, it's so well written.
Ohho, after reading this, I feel that the best literary works written in the Republic of China are all written in a sad style.
The trivial matters of life are nothing in the face of serious illness; serious illness is nothing in the face of peace. This is a sad story in the midst of war. Fortunately, "I" finally spent the rest of my life with the one I love.
After reading the first chapter, it was like a dusk sky, with continuous rain and the afterglow of the sun hitting the house. The sky was extremely gloomy and depressing, but I didn't know that the house that was hidden by the sun was also colorful inside. All kinds of people and things happened, and the reality close to life were all breaking the opinions of outsiders and breaking this box. Tenacity, stubbornness, and strength were revealed by the author inadvertently. Dew, maybe it's the only childish kindness. Looking forward to the next story
It was so well written. I scolded Zhong Yan for a long time in the middle of the night.
It was raining before dawn. Go to bed early.
