Princess Shanyin Doesn't Want to Be a Player Today Either

Princess Shanyin once said to her younger brother, "We have the same father. You have three thousand beauties in your harem, while I have only one consort. How is that fair?"

And so she got herself thirty handsome companions.

She shared romantic moonlit nights with her first companion and promised him they'd be together for three lifetimes and three eras. Three months later, she was bored of him.

With her second, she whispered sweet nothings and swore she'd never love another, even leaving a deep bite mark on his shoulder. Before the mark had even stopped swelling, she had her eye on the third.

She hid the third away in a golden house and doted on him. They were completely smitten with each other, but the next day, once she had her clothes back on, she forgot the way to the "golden house" and never managed to remember it again.

Later, she transmigrated and became the most beautiful woman in the Three Realms.

The beauty had a senior brother with a naturally gifted sword physique, cold and bloodthirsty. One day, he removed his grim mask before a mirror, revealing the breathtaking face of her first companion.

The beauty raised a fluffy white fox. One day, when it was injured, it took human form and curled up on her bed. On its snowy-white shoulder was a birthmark shaped unmistakably like a bite.

The beauty also had a shadow guard, eternally loyal to her alone. He stood quietly on the eaves, arms folded as he watched her. In those phoenix eyes, the same as her third companion's, a strange glimmer flashed.

Princess Shanyin, meanwhile, knew nothing about any of it...

A little extra:

Princess Shanyin: Senior Brother, why do you always wear a mask?

Senior Brother: Heh.

Princess Shanyin: Little fox, when will you finally take human form?

Little Fox: Heh.

Princess Shanyin: Shadow Guard, you'll always protect me, right?

Shadow Guard: Heh.
