The Chuunibyou Becomes a God in the World of Ghost Stories

With the blood moon overhead, supernatural horror descends upon the world. Everyone unlucky enough to be selected for an impossible rules-based horror scenario falls apart, because no one has ever made it out alive.

When the certain-death rule, [Darkness], engulfs everything, everyone falls into despair.

Suddenly, someone steps forward. "Everyone, leave it to me from here!"

Everyone else: Where did this lunatic come from?

A blindingly shiny halo suddenly appears above the lunatic's head. "With great power comes great responsibility. Don't be afraid, I'm here! Let's have some egg fried rice while it's hot!"

As soon as he finishes speaking, a golden light flashes, instantly illuminating half the sky.

Everyone: I-is that Chinese Master Chef?

Bian Qi has a congenital genetic disease and has to rest at home. Over time, he grows into a seasoned anime fan.

When supernatural horror descends, he awakens "dimensional power." In simple terms, he can call upon mysterious powers from other dimensions.

Bian Qi: Isn't this just a protagonist's halo?

After that, he succeeds in carving out a different kind of world in the horror scenarios.

With a protagonist's halo over his head, Bian Qi naturally has no shortage of capable, loyal underlings and girls sending him flirtatious glances.

Though his underling is taller, more handsome, richer, and smarter than he is, and more popular with girls, Bian Qi never doubts that he's the protagonist. After all, when danger strikes, his underling still has to cling to him for protection.

Bian Qi takes special care of this underling, who is always at his side and shares life and death with him. He often says, "Even if I meet the heroine destined for me, I'll still save a place for you at my side."

Ling Yi: "..."

Just wait and see whether this story even has a heroine.
